Recruiting Coordinator

The Team 

The Recruiting team plays a big role in how Cerebras grows. By the end of 2025, we’ll have hired close to 300 people around the world, and in 2026 we’ll continue to scale while staying focused on hiring exceptional talent.

The Role 

The Recruiting Coordinator role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in recruiting and hiring at a high-growth company. You’ll be part of a team that builds high-performing teams behind world-class products. 

This is a fast-paced role in a competitive talent market. You’ll need to be organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll support the full candidate journey from job posting through onboarding and help improve how we work as we scale. 

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate interviews and logistics across the candidate experience 
• Support 3 recruiters and their hiring pipelines, helping keep interviews, communication, and next steps moving efficiently 
• Schedule video and onsite interviews quickly and accurately 
• Create a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every candidate 
• Communicate professionally and handle sensitive information with care 
• Open and manage job requisitions and candidate records in Greenhouse 
• Keep our careers site up to date 
• Help support recruiting events such as tech talks, college career fairs, and academic lab info sessions 
• Pitch in on additional recruiting and People Team projects as needed 

Requirements 

• 1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting, HR, or coordination work 
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn 
• Interested in improving processes and making things work better over time 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Care about delivering a great experience to candidates 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse a plus) 
• Experience using tools like Outlook, Teams, HackerRank and SharePoint 

Location

Our headquarters are in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional offices in Toronto, Canada, and Bangalore, India.

While the ideal candidate is based in the Bay Area to support HQ operations (2–3 days per week onsite; hybrid), we are open to fully remote candidates.

This role will support recruiters operating in both PST and EST time zones.
