Awetomaton is seeking exceptional students for our Summer 2026 Internship 3-month term. As a Research Intern you will be mentored directly by our senior engineering talent and have the opportunity to develop solutions to near-term national security needs. You will be part of a 4-6 person Summer cohort working out of our Beavercreek Ohio headquarters. Your work will have high visibility to both Awetomaton and Government Executives. This Summer you will work on a 2-person team to implement and evaluate SORT (Simple Online and Realtime Tracking) and Deep SORT algorithms for overhead reconnaissance imagery, exploring potential integration with existing tracking systems.
This is a full-time paid position for students that will have completed their Junior undergraduate year by Summer 2026. Approximate start date is May 18, 2026. Our benefit offerings are limited to 401k for internship candidates. US Citizenship is a requirement, as we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
